Packaging Change on Hardwire Alarms

Kidde is pleased to inform you of a packaging update that will be implemented effective January 1, 2006.  The new design affects hardwired smoke alarms and the hardwired CO/Smoke combination unit.  The new packaging incorporates old carton colors to help identify replacement package, as well as easy to understand icons to help identify contractor friendly features.  The Models included in this packaging update include the 1235E, 1275E, 1275EH, 1285E, PE120E & 900-0114E.
The part number, UPC, master pack quantity, and dimensions will be affected by this change. Please click here for the details.

Effective January 1, 2006, Kidde Customer Service will only accept the new part numbers on any submitted Purchase Order.  The old items (1235E, 1275E, 1275EH, 1285E, PE120E & 900-0114E) will no longer be available after December 31, 2005.  Please make appropriate changes to your records so that all Purchase Orders submitted after January 1, 2006 are processed in a timely matter.
