Warranty Information

Warranties differ depending on product models. Most of our alarms come with a 5-year limited warranty, while some of our carbon monoxide alarms have a 7-year limited warranty. Please note that the limited warranty period varies by model for all our products.

IMPORTANT: Do not remove an alarm's back cover. Removing the back cover will void the warranty.

Return Options

If you feel your product is defective in any way, do not tamper with it. In many cases, the quickest way to exchange your product is to return it to the original place of purchase. Alternatively, you may return it to us for servicing. Please fill out the return material authorization request form and follow the instructions.
