What Other Products Will Kidde Alarms Interconnect With?

Kidde alarms and accessories can be interconnected with other Kidde products, as well as specified brands and models of interconnect-compatible alarms.

However, connecting Kidde products to a non-specified manufacturer's interconnect system, or using non-specified equipment from another manufacturer, could result in nuisance alarms, failure to alarm, or damage to the devices.

Important Safety Information

Battery Backup: Models without battery backup will not respond during an AC power failure.
Electrical Shock Hazard: Before removing an installed alarm from its mounting bracket, turn off power at the main service panel by removing the appropriate fuse or switching the circuit breaker to the OFF position. After reinstalling all alarms, reapply power. For detailed instructions, consult the smoke alarm removal article or your user’s manual.

Compatible Brands and Models

Kidde alarms interconnect with all Kidde, Fyrnetics, Nighthawk, Silhouette, and Lifesaver branded alarms, strobe lights, and relay modules with interconnect functionality.

If your unit is not listed below, it is not compatible with Kidde alarms. The following models have been tested for interconnect compatibility, with or without the use of a Kidde wiring harness adapter:

Attention Owners of Firex Products

Kidde acquired the manufacturer of Firex branded products in 2009. Invensys Controls no longer manufactures or supports these products. If you own any of these products, they should be replaced with a current Kidde model.
