Radio noise, and other components that contain radio transmitters, can cause interference and affect battery life. As such, signals are constantly changing. Customers may experience problems in installations that are mounted and have previously worked with no issues.
Try to locate what has changed, has the customer bought new equipment, development of emergency network / 4G etc.?
NOTE: Radio noise also drains the batteries on smoke detectors, as the detector constantly analyses the signal.
