See the installation manuals supplied with the alarm and use a suitably able person where applicable. For battery only powered alarms, install your smoke alarm by using the mounting base with screws and plugs supplied.
Install a minimum of one smoke alarm per floor, in each room for enhanced protection. We recommend, that you test your alarm before it is installed.
